Here's My Story

I’m one of those people who are always trying to lose weight. Name a diet or fad and I’ve probably tried it. Low fat? Paleo? Keto? Calorie restriction? Going hungry? Skip a meal? Been there, done that.

Things changed when I landed on a simple low carb and grain free lifestyle instead of a diet. And I knew I was on to something when I effortlessly lost 10 lbs. just from switching to more lean protein. 

And that brings us to eggs and especially, egg whites - in my experience, the best source of lean protein, where you can eat to satiation and never feel deprived or hungry! 

I now make sandwich breads, wraps, quiches and pizza all with egg white as the main ingredient. And since I talk about it all the time, it has earned me the nickname of Egg White Wanda!

When you start fitting into your pre-childbirth jeans like I did, people sit up and take notice. 

Friends and family started asking me what I’m doing.  And of course, for my recipes. Especially my egg white sandwich bread (yes, that’s bread made primarily with egg white!).  It's the first recipe in the eBook.
