Why? Because I managed to melt off 10 lbs. effortlessly with the help of egg whites.
And I talk about egg whites. A lot. Incessantly. To anyone who will listen. And even those who won’t listen.
To the point that my friends started calling me Egg White Wanda!
I now make breads, crepes, pancakes, cakes, quiches, wraps, all with egg white as the MAIN ingredient.
That's right! My recipes contain no grains, no wheat flour, no gluten and are low carb.
